The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website www.adafide.com.

3.1. The products subject to this contract are organic seeds supplied specifically for hobby gardens, balcony gardening, and amateur vegetable growers, offered for sale under the Ada Fide brand and the slogan "A Thousand Colors of Nature in Your Garden".

3.2. The type, quantity, and sales price of the products are as stated in the order form. The general portfolio covers a total of 140 types of seeds, including 75 types of tomatoes, 38 types of peppers, and 25 types of eggplants.

4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the www.adafide.com website and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

4.2. The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by them, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

4.3. If the BUYER notices any damage (crushing, tearing, wetness, etc.) on the cargo package during delivery, they must ensure the courier keeps a record (damage report) and must not accept the product.

4.4. The BUYER accepts that the seeds purchased are suitable for "Hobby Purposes" and "Amateur Cultivation".

5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to them without showing any reason.

6.1. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned due to their nature and products that perish quickly.

6.2. Especially for seed products; if the product's package, packaging, or protective tape is opened, the right of withdrawal may not be used due to the risk of deterioration of seed quality (moisture, air contact).

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized.

When the BUYER makes the payment for the order placed on www.adafide.com, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
