RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order before it is handed over to the courier. If you submit your cancellation request to our phone number +90 535 555 10 00 or email address info@adafide.com, your order will be cancelled without processing, and your refund (if any) will be fully paid back to you via the payment method you used.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN)
Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer; you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive your order without showing any reason and without paying any penalty.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (IMPORTANT)
In the following cases, returns are NOT ACCEPTED as they are evaluated under "Products unsuitable for health and hygiene according to the Regulation" and "Products with a risk of rapid spoilage":
- Products with opened packaging, package, protective tape, or seal,
- Tried or used products,
- Products with damaged packaging or those exposed to air.
The product to be returned must be in its original package, unopened, and in resalable condition.
4. RETURN PROCESS
You can send the (unopened) product you wish to return, along with its invoice, to the address below:

5. DETECTION OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you notice crushing, tearing, or wetness in the package during delivery; do not accept the package and ensure the courier keeps a record (damage report). The responsibility of the cargo company ends for damaged deliveries without a report record.
6. REFUND
After the product you returned reaches our warehouse and passes the "Compliance with Return Conditions" check, the product price will be refunded to your card or bank account used for payment within 10 days.
